Fabricate // real cutouts, CNC-ready
PANEL SHOP
Design a switch/gauge/breaker panel or enclosure face in the browser — real dimensioned cutouts from a generic hardware catalog, exported to a CNC-ready DXF.
Acrylic LED backlight inserts
Laser-cut acrylic blanks fit behind panel cutouts. Route an LED channel behind the panel, then slip in the diffuser blank — typical for annunciators, instrument rings, and glass bezels. Stack height = channel depth + acrylic thickness.

Pick a starter template or size a blank to your enclosure. Drag switches, breakers, gauges, and USB ports from the library — every cutout is real, dimensioned geometry.
Download a manufacturing DXF, dimensioned layout drawing, and cut list — ready for the shop floor or your own CNC. (STEP export needs a CAD backend — coming in a later update.)
Request a quote and we'll cut it from aluminum, anodize or paint it, and engrave labels — shipped ready to populate.
All templates, device cutouts, and dimensions are provided for reference only. You are responsible for supplying and verifying every dimension against your actual hardware and the manufacturer's installation drawings before cutting.
